Vigneti del Salento heeft met deze I Muri Rosso Puglia wederom een succesnummer ontwikkeld in hun toch al rijke assortiment. De wijn is samengesteld uit drie druivensoorten die allemaal een volle smaak bezitten. Maar juist de blend van de Sangiovese, de Malvasia Nero als de Aglianico maken dit tot een kwalitatief geweldige wijn die menig maaltijd smakelijker zal maken. En dat voor deze prijs!<\/p>\n

Mooie blend<\/h2>\n

Opvallend aan deze wijn is de gekozen druivensamenstelling. In deze blend zit de Sangiovese<\/a> druif die onder andere bekend uit is uit Toscane, die een volle en krachtige smaak inbrengt. De Malvasia Nero<\/a> is een aromatische druif met een dikke schil die geeft een smaak van donker fruit. Deze druif wordt vaak gemengd\u00a0met Sangiovese.\u00a0De Aglianico<\/a> is met name bekend uit het zuidelijke gebied Campania waar het donkere, geconcentreerde wijnen voortbrengt.<\/p>\n

Smaak en wijn-spijs I Muri Rosso Puglia<\/h2>\n

Deze blend\u00a0heeft een mooie robijnrode kleur met donker paarse tinten. In de geur tonen van rijp rood fruit, in de mond een volle smaak, zacht en fruitig met een zwoele licht zoetige afdronk met zachte lichte houttonen. De wijn is een prima begeleider van anti-pasta, lichte voorgerechten met vlees, (gegrild) roodvlees gerechten en zachte kazen.<\/p>\n
