Biscardo Enigma Appasimento Sangiovese – 4.3<\/a><\/h4>\n

The red Primitivo grapes for this wine are hand-picked, rigorously selected, and gently crushed. Subsequently, the grapes remain in their juice for a week in a low-temperature tank. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 22-26\u00b0C for 15 to 20 days. After a second (malolactic) fermentation, the wine undergoes 6 months of wood aging. This winemaking process chosen by the Pasqua family yields a beautiful wine with a deep red color. On the nose, this Desire Lush ZIN Primitivo has intense aromas of plums, red fruit, coffee, cocoa, and spicy notes. The wine is luscious and round, full-bodied with soft tannins. Perfect with grilled or roasted red meat and spicy cheeses.<\/p>\n

Le Patapouf Blanc Chardonnay 4.2<\/a><\/h4>\n

Zensa Primitivo Puglia has an intense ruby \u200b\u200bred color, with a complex bouquet reminiscent of cherries, dried berries and roasted almonds. In the mouth it is full, yet supple and elegant with a silky texture. The aftertaste is long, spicy and full of fruit. The Primitivo is a spicy grape and can easily handle many wine-food combinations. Pairing it with hearty Italian dishes with garlic, tomatoes and eggplant is excellent. Or a combination with freshly grated ginger is also very tasty.<\/p>\n
