Vecchio Sogno: de oude droom van de familie<\/h2>\n

De Tenuta Giustini Vecchio Sogno Negroamaro is de oorsprong van het wijnhuis. Het is het begin van het verhaal. “Vecchio Sogno” betekent letterlijk “oude droom” in het Italiaans. Dit verwijst naar de droom van een familie die een wijndomein wil starten. Niet zomaar een familie: de familie van Giuseppe Papadopoli. Jarenlang verbouwden zij namelijk druiven voor andere<\/em> wijnhuizen. In 2005 werd de droom dan toch eindelijk werkelijkheid en was Familiebedrijf Tenuta Giustini een feit. Het resultaat is deze 100% Negroamaro waarin je naast de potentie van het Italiaanse Puglia ook de liefde, passie en ervaring proeft van wel vier generaties! Zwoel, zongerijpt rood fruit, fluweelzachte tannines en spannende spicy tonen. Een zeer fijne wijn voor een zeer fijne prijs!<\/p>\n

Tenuta Giustini Vecchio Sogno Negroamaro<\/h3>\n

Bij het familiebedrijf Tenuta Giustini hebben ze goud in handen. Warme, zonovergoten dagen worden afgekoeld met een frisse zeewind. Tel daar een ontzettend vruchtbare bodem bij op en je hebt de perfecte omstandigheden om smaakvolle druiven te telen! De Negroamaro<\/a> heeft een dikke schil en staat daarmee ook bekend om de diep donkerrode, bijna zwarte wijnen. De naam geeft ook al een hint over de wijn: ‘negro’ betekent ‘zwart’ en ‘amaro’ vertaalt naar ‘bitter’. De dikke schil van deze druif geeft in het proces van wijnmaken ontzettend veel kleur en smaak af; de tannines. Door de dikke schil heeft deze druif ook heel veel zonuren nodig om tot volledige rijping te komen. Het uiterste puntje van Itali\u00eb – Puglia<\/a> – is hier de ideale plek voor!<\/p>\n

De druiven voor de Vecchio Sogno groeien op een ondergrond van klei en zand en worden handmatig geoogst halverwege September. De druiven worden vervolgens ontsteelt en gekneusd en fermenteren gedurende 10-12 dagen in roestvrijstalen tanks. De wijn rijpt vervolgens een aantal maanden in roestvrijstalen vaten waardoor de pure, volfruitige smaak intact blijft en een mooie elegantie krijgt. Een glorieuze Negroamaro!<\/p>\n

Wijn-spijs combinatie Negroamaro<\/h3>\n
