Jento bianco; de bruisende wind uit Puglia<\/h2>\n

Deze bijzondere witte wijn verwijst naar de bruisende wind die vanaf de zee over het land raast; en dat proef je! De Tenuta Giustini Jento Bianco is namelijk een frizzante<\/strong>: een half mousserende wijn. Het zeer lichte bubbeltje in de wijn zorgt voor een levendige frisheid en maakt het de ideale zomerwijn! Voor deze wijn is 100% Malvasia Bianca gebruikt die intens fruitige aroma’s afgeeft. De smaak van deze Jento Bianco is fris, harmonieus en heeft een prettige zachte noot. Heerlijk als aperitief of bij koude voorgerechten.<\/p>\n

Tenuta Giustini Jento Bianco<\/h3>\n

De wijngaarden waar de Malvasia Bianca<\/a> op groeit liggen in de Zuid-Italiaanse streek Puglia<\/a>. Hier wordt het zomers ontzettend heet waardoor de druiven snel rijp worden en veel suikers ontwikkelen. Dit is bijvoorbeeld ook de reden dat de wijnen uit Puglia vaak wat hoger in de alcohol zitten. De ligging van de wijngaarden van Familiebedrijf Tenuta Giustini is ideaal. Deze liggen namelijk vlak bij de zee, waardoor de frisse wind de nodige verkoeling geeft aan de druiven. De bodem bestaat uit gemengde klei welke voldoende vocht vasthoudt voor de druivenstokken tijdens de drogere perioden.<\/p>\n

Oogst en vinificatie<\/h3>\n

De Malvasia Bianca bereikt de optimale rijpheid in de laatste week van September. De druiven worden handmatig geplukt en vergist in roestvrijstalen tanks. Na deze eerste vergisting ondergaat de wijn een tweede natuurlijke gisting in afgesloten tanks. Hier komt de fijne bubbel tot stand. Vervolgens rijpt de wijn nog even in de tanks voor deze op de fles gaat.<\/p>\n

Food and wine pairing<\/h3>\n

Deze licht-bruisende, frisse Italiaan is het ideale aperitief! Het wakkert de smaakpapillen aan en lest de dorst. Bij koude voorgerechten past deze wijn ook helemaal prima.
