Ram\u00f3n Roqueta Macabeo-Chardonnay<\/h2>\n

The history of the familie Roqueta<\/a> dates back to the twelfth century. However, there are indications that the family was already active in Catalan viticulture during the Roman occupation. It was only when Don Ram\u00f3n Roqueta Torrent\u00f3 opened a shop in the town of Manresa in 1898 to sell his products that wine production began on a commercial basis. The bodega is deeply rooted in the traditions of the region with which the Roqueta family has felt connected for generations. And although the estate now covers 54 hectares and the cellars are equipped with the latest technology, respect for tradition remains central to Don Ram\u00f3n's descendant, Valent\u00ed. The wines \u2013 modern, fruity, and smooth \u2013 betray their Catalan origins in the least.<\/p>\n
