A Pinot Grigio that stands out!<\/h2>\n

The Elena Walch Pinot Grigio is a full-bodied, round, juicy, fruity, and lively wine with ripe pear, floral notes, white pepper, sage, and plenty of minerality on the finish. No thin, watery wine here. You have that typical Pinot Grigio<\/a> aromas of dry grass and honey that are so exemplary of this grape in its purest state. Juicy, fruity, and lively with ripe pear, floral notes, white pepper, sage, and many mineral notes. The wine is versatile in creating successful food and wine pairings. Delicious as an aperitif, with stuffed salads, various pasta dishes, risotto with green herbs, vegetable quiches, mild cheeses, grilled fish or chicken, and even a very good pairing with cheese fondue.<\/p>\n

This wine is made in stainless steel and briefly aged on the lees. The grapes come from a hillside vineyard extending from 250 to 600 meters above sea level, and the grapes are harvested by hand. Around 80,000 bottles were produced. If you are looking for good value for money, look no further. Want to splurge a little extra one evening? Elena Walch is among the top wineries in Alto Adige. Together with her two daughters, she runs Elena Walch<\/a> as a family business, she produces quality wines that enjoy great international success. This is hardly surprising, as Elena Walch played a leading role in the quality revolution that Alto Adige has undergone over the past decades. But it is not only those innovations in the vineyard and cellar that make her wines so exceptional. Her philosophy is also largely dedicated to the terroir and the idea that the specific characteristics of the soil, (micro)climate, and work in the vineyard must be optimally expressed in every wine. Sustainability is also an important principle in all facets of wine production. The picturesque estates of Castel Ringberg and Kastelaz form the core of the vineyards, which cover a total of approximately 55 hectares. Elena Walch's wines are characterized by their modern, elegant, and refined style.
