Een heerlijke blend van Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Bianco en Gew\u00fcrztraminer geeft een fantastische balans tussen structuur en mineralen. De mineraligheid heeft deze wijn te danken aan het terroir waar de druiven op groeien; een grind- en rotsachtige bodem van leisteen en leem, barstensvol mineralen. De naam &#8216;stoan&#8217; verwijst naar het lokale dialect voor het woord &#8216;Steen&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Ingepakt in een luxe houten wijnkistje met schuifdeksel op een bedje van houtwol is het wijncadeau Tramin Stoan het ideale cadeau voor wijnliefhebbers van harmonische, Italiaanse witte wijnen. Uiteraard heerlijk om direct open te trekken, maar heeft een bewaarpotentieel van 7 tot 10 jaar na het oostjaar!<\/p>\n<p>Het grootste gedeelte van de wijn bestaat uit <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/kenmerk\/druif\/chardonnay\/\">Chardonnay<\/a> (65%), wat verder wordt aangevuld met <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/kenmerk\/druif\/sauvignon-blanc\/\">Sauvignon<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/kenmerk\/druif\/pinot-bianco\/\">Pinot Bianco<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/kenmerk\/druif\/gewurztraminer\/\">Gew\u00fcrztraminer<\/a>. De druiven worden geoogst in kleine mandjes zodat de druiven zo lang mogelijk heel blijven. Zodra deze in de wijnmakerij zijn aangekomen worden ze zacht geperst en langzaam gefermenteerd op gecontroleerde temperatuur. Vervolgens wordt het sap overgebracht in grote houten vaten waar de malolactische vergisting plaatsvindt. Na de fermentatie rijpt de wijn op zijn eigen soort gedurende 10 maanden in grote houten vaten op de gistcellen (lie). Na het blenden van de wijn rijpt ze nog minimaal 3 maanden verder op de fles.<\/p>\n<h3>Proefnotitie van de Tramin Stoan<\/h3>\n<p>De wijn heeft een licht gouden kleur. In de neus is het een elegante en verfijnde wijn met fruitige tonen. Perzik, abrikoos, peer, vlierbloesem, kumquat, witte bloemen en de verfijnde kruidige aroma\u2019s van jasmijn en mimosa. In de mond intense fruitsmaken van ananas, banaan, peer, tomaat, bladeren, groene peper en citroenrasp. De wijn is harmonieus en zeer goed in balans. De delicate zoute mineralen maken het geheel af in combinatie met een lange, romige afdronk.<\/p>\n<p>Een geweldige wijn die bij een grote vari\u00ebteit aan gerechten past! Vrijwel alle voorgerechten zijn een match met deze wijn.
