G\u00e9\u00e9n cepage maar nu eens een blend uit de Elzas. Dat zie je niet vaak!<\/h2>\n

De Gentil is de enige wijn van Hugel die niet uit \u00e9\u00e9n enkele druivensoort is geproduceerd.\u00a0 Hij doet een oude Elzas-traditie herleven waarbij men een wijn samenstelde uit een reeks edele druiven. De Famille Hugel Gentil is een Elzasser witte wijn die de zoete en kruidige kant van de Gew\u00fcrztraminer-vari\u00ebteit, de body van de Pinot Gris-druif, de delicatesse van de Riesling, de fruitige toets van de Muscatel-druif en het karakter en de structuur van de Sylvaner-vari\u00ebteit combineert. De beroemde wijnmakerij Hugel & Fils produceert deze wijn van de druiven die zijn verkregen uit percelen rond Riquewihr en het zuiden van Colmar in de Elzas, Frankrijk, waar klei en kalksteen de boventoon voeren. Probeer ook eens de Hugel Riesling<\/a>!<\/p>\n

Laten we de Gentil “Hugel” eens proeven!<\/strong><\/h3>\n

De wijn is helder, fris en aromatisch in de neus, vreselijk fris en pikant in de mond. Hij is voorzien van een echt pittige zuurgraad. Lichte tonen van rijpe gele peer in de neus. Het smaakpalet komt met frisheid ondersteund door een zeer lichte mousse. De limoenachtige tonen domineren de droge afdronk van deze slanke wijn. Hij heeft een goede grip en spanning en is aangenaam licht. Een echt stimulerend aperitief maar de Famille Hugel Gentil\u00a0 is uiteraard ook tamelijk briljant bij Forel (gerookt en met gebakken) maar natuurlijk top bij Hollandse asperges!<\/p>\n

Famille Hugel<\/h3>\n

Hugel & Fils is een eeuwenoud Elzasser wijnhuis waarvan de oorsprong teruggaat tot de 15e eeuw. Ze hebben nog eikenhouten vaten die meer dan een eeuw oud zijn. Hugel & Fils werd verkozen tot lid van de PRIMUM FAMILIAE VINI-vereniging. Dit is een selecte groep van slechts 12 familiewijnbedrijven die behoren tot de belangrijkste wijnproducerende regio’s ter wereld.
