Een robijnrode wijn met rijke aroma\u2019s uit de Beaujolais in de Franse Bourgogne. Een neus vol kersen, zwarte bessen, donkere chocolade en een toon van zoethout. De zijdezachte tannines zorgen voor een rijk en gebalanceerd mondgevoel met een mooie lange afdronk. Eventjes koelen voor de optimale smaakbeleving!<\/p>\n<h3>Heerlijk fruitige, volle Beaujolais vol kersen<\/h3>\n<p>Een glas gevuld met lekker zacht donkerrood fruit. Sappige kersen, bramen, zwarte bessen en de fleurige viooltjes niet te vergeten. Een lichte aardse toon wordt aangevuld met een prettige kruidigheid van zoethout. De houtrijping van zo\u2019n 8 tot 9 maanden geeft de wijn een mooie rondheid en tonen van donkere chocolade. Zijdezachte tannines en een rijk en vol mondgevoel. De ideale wijn om te schenken bij wit vlees, pasta met rode saus of bij tajine. Deze wijn voegt zich makkelijk naar vele gerechten, maar nooit zal overheersen.<\/p>\n<h3>Vinification<\/h3>\n<p>De Fleurie Ch\u00e2teau de Fleurie wordt gemaakt van <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/kenmerk\/druif\/gamay\/\">Gamay noir<\/a> druiven. Deze druiven groeien op de wijngaarden van Le Bourg, Les Rochaux, Point du Jour en La Madone. De bodem bestaat hier voornamelijk uit graniet. 60% van de druiven gebruikt voor deze wijn fermenteren in zijn geheel, inclusief de pitjes en de steeltjes. Dit geeft de structuur, diepte en tannines aan de wijn. De wijn rijpt gedurende 8 tot 9 maanden in houten vaten van verschillende grootte. Deze Fleurie heeft een bewaarpotentieel van zo\u2019n 2 tot 5 jaar na het oogstjaar.<\/p>\n<h3>Jean Loron Ch\u00e2teau de Fleurie<\/h3>\n<p>Ch\u00e2teau de Fleurie is sinds 2015 in handen van Jean Loron, welke ook het Loron handelsbedrijf heeft in de <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/kenmerk\/regio\/frankrijk\/bourgogne\/\">Beaujolais<\/a>. Hiervoor was het domein in handen van de Barc de La Perri\u00e8re familie welke het Ch\u00e2teau hebben gebouwd in jaren 1860. Het domein beschikt over 9 hectare wijnstokken in de gemeente Fleurie welke direct aan het Ch\u00e2teau liggen.
