Een Blanc de Noirs zoals we hem graag zien. Wat een feestelijk glas! En dat uit Duitsland! Duitsland staat natuurlijk bekend om de Sekt wijnen, maar in tegenstelling tot wat velen denken is dit een frisdroge bubbel. Vandaar ook de naam; Extra Trocken. Sterker nog, deze Weingut Geil Blanc de Noir kan zelfs met een Champagne worden vergeleken dankzij de lange lie-rijping. Wij schenken deze zeker bij onze volgende borrel!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Proefnotitie Weingut Geil Blanc de Noir Sekt<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ingeschonken in het glas is dit een prachtige goudgele wijn met een zachte sprankeling. Aroma\u2019s van perzik en bloemen vullen de neus. In de mond heeft deze Sekt een rijke en volle smaak. Mooi rond dankzij de lange rijping en toch met frisse zuren. De mousse blijft ook in de mond zacht en elegant. Een feestelijk aperitief welke doorgedronken kan worden bij lichte voorgerechten.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Vinificatie Blanc de Noir Sekt<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Deze Blanc de Noir is zoals de naam suggereert een witte wijn van \u2018zwarte\u2019 druiven. Hier is 100% <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/kenmerk\/druif\/spatburgunder\/\">Sp\u00e4tburgunder<\/a> gebruikt, ofwel Pinot Noir. De wijngaarden liggen in het Duitse Rheinhessen, waar deze druif het enorm naar zijn zin heeft. Na de oogst worden de druiven zachtjes geperst. Het sap wordt vrijwel direct gescheiden van de schillen wat een hele delicate kleur geeft. De sekt is gemaakt volgens de Klassische Flascheng\u00e4rung, ofwel methode Traditionelle. Dit is dezelfde methode die wordt gebruikt bij het produceren van Champagne, waarbij de tweede vergisting op de fles plaatsvindt. Gedurende 15 maanden rijpt deze Sekt op de eigen gistcellen (sur-lie) wat een mooie ronde geur en smaak geeft.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Weingut Geil<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Weingut Geil staat bekend om haar wijnen van zeer hoge kwaliteit uit het Duitse Rheinhessen.
