Intens fruitig met aroma\u2019s van rijpe frambozen, aardbeien en kersen in combinatie met verfijnde specerijen. Vol en krachtig in de mond doch prachtig in balans met een fijne frisheid. Dit is de <strong>winnaar<\/strong> van het wijnconcours van Perswijn in 2023! Een top combinatie met gebraden lamsvlees of belegen kazen.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Proefnotitie Prieto Pariente La Provincia<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In het glas kleurt de wijn diep, donkerrood. Fruitaroma\u2019s van rijpe frambozen, aardbeien en kersen vliegen je tegemoet. Een heerlijke kruidigheid met een floraal randje maakt hem af. In de mond heeft de wijn een krachtige structuur waarbij de fruitigheid en frisheid prachtig is gebalanceerd met de houtopvoeding. Naarmate de tijd verstrijkt ontwikkelt deze Spanjaard een grotere complexiteit in de aroma\u2019s. Je kunt deze La Provincia dus nog even in de kelder laten liggen, mits je verleiding kunt weerstaan. Schenk de wijn bij gerechten met rood vlees, of gebraden lamsbout. Ook bij een kaasplank met rijpe, belegen kazen is dit een favoriet!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Vinification<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/kenmerk\/druif\/garnacha\/\">Garnacha<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/kenmerk\/druif\/tempranillo\/\">Tempranillo<\/a> druiven in deze La Provincia komen van geselecteerde oude wijngaarden uit Castilla y Le\u00f3n in de provincie Valladolid. De wijngaarden hebben een zeer kalkrijke bodem met zand en klei en liggen in drie verschillende dorpen: Mucientes, Pedrosa del Rey en Valbuena de Duero. Elke wijngaard wordt apart gevinifieerd zodat de beste blend kan worden samengesteld. Na de oogst vergisten de druiven op spontane wijze in tanks van roestvrijstaal. Een deel van de malolactische gisting vindt plaats in RVS en het andere deel in barriques van Frans eiken. Na de gisting rijpt de wijn nog gedurende 11 maanden in Franse eikenhouten vaten van zowel 225 liter als 500 liter. De wijn wordt vervolgens geblend en gebotteld waarbij er nog een flesrijping volgt van minimaal 9 maanden.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Prieto Pariente<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>De wijnen van Prieto Pariente weerspiegelen de combinatie van duurzame wijnbouw, zorgvuldig geselecteerde wijngaarden en bovenal respect voor terroir. Prieto Pariente is een nieuw project van wijndomein Jos\u00e9 Pariente.
