Een ronde \u2013 maar zeker geen zwoele en logge \u2013 structuur. Daarnaast, juist vanwege z\u2019n levendig frisse karakter, heel veel lengte met een aantrekkelijke exotische spanning.<\/p>\n<p>Pinot Gris is een van de meest gastronomische wijnen van de Elzas. Het ronde boeket roept rijp fruit en de geuren van de herfst op. Vol, rond en lang in de mond, met complexe aroma&#8217;s van licht rokerig kreupelhout. Het ontwikkelt een zeer charmante weelde en smaak! Lekker bij vis, gevogelte, asperges, loopkazen en ook ook zeker bij <a href=\"https:\/\/www.culy.nl\/inspiratie\/10-x-de-lekkerste-aziatische-gerechten\/\">Aziatische gerechten.\u00a0\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Gustave Lorentz Pinot Gris R\u00e9serve<\/h3>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Al meer dan twee\u00ebnhalve eeuw zijn de familie Lorentz en het schilderachtige dorpje Bergheim met elkaar verbonden. De eerste wijngaarden van de familie Lorentz lagen op de flanken van de Altenberg (een grand cru wijngaard), waar riesling, pinot gris, gew\u00fcrztraminer en muscat verbouwd werden. Erkenning voor het bijzondere terroir, dat is samengesteld uit kalk- en mergelbodems, volgde in 1983 met de toekenning van de grand cru-status. Georges Lorentz, de achtste generatie die het bedrijf leidt, voert vol gedrevenheid moderne inzichten door. Zo is een aantal wijngaarden sinds 2012 biologisch gecertificeerd door EcoCert.
