Klassieke ‘zondoorstoofd fruit beleving’ uit het zuiden van Itali\u00eb<\/h2>\n

Heerlijk… Aroma’s van wilde bosaardbeien, zwarte kersen met hun pit, (hierdoor ruik je zelfs zo’n hittepit kussentje) specerijen en thijm in de neus. Een volle wijn, gemaakt van 100% negroamaro<\/a>, die zacht is en goed in balans. Een plezierig glas wijn met een heerlijke zondoorstoofd fruit beleving en een mooie zachte afdronk. De San Marzano Il Pumo Negroamaro is echt zo’n glas waar je je graag nog eentje extra van inschenkt. Geen harde randjes, alles op zijn plek en een heerlijk soort van thuiskomen.<\/p>\n

Nieuwe naam, zelfde vertrouwde kwaliteit<\/h3>\n

Voorheen heette deze wijn de I Tratturi<\/strong>! Nu verder onder een nieuwe naam. De San Marzano Il Pumo Negroamaro komt van wijngaarden op 100 meter boven zeeniveau en geniet altijd een fris zeebriesje.\u00a0 De oogst wordt hier bovendien altijd met de hand gedaan voor een betere selectie van de druiven.\u00a0 De wijn wordt na vergisting niet op hout gelagerd. Alles voor de lekkere frisheid!\u00a0 Na de primitivo is de Negroamaro druif wel de trots van Puglia<\/a> en ook Salento. Dit weet San Marzano en kunnen daarnaast hiervan ook verbluffende wijnen van cre\u00ebren.\u00a0 Regelmatig gaat er op vrijdag middag bij ons een fles flesje open fantastische Italiaanse wijn. een favoriet van iedereen.\u00a0 Niet moeilijk over doen ! Gewoon een lekker glas wijn uit Italie.<\/p>\n

Cantine San Marzano<\/h3>\n

In 1962 bundelden 19 wijnboeren uit San Marzano hun krachten en richtten zo “Cantine San Marzano<\/a>” op. Tegenwoordig telt deze co\u00f6peratie meer dan 1200 telers. Ze maken gebruik van moderne en technologisch geavanceerde installaties zonder afbreuk te doen aan de zeer oude wijntraditie van Puglia. San Marzano ligt in Puglia, in het hart van de veelgeprezen DOC “Primitivo di Manduria”,tussen twee zee\u00ebn (Ionische en de Adriatische Zee). De provincies Taranto en Brindisi bieden een landschap waar wijngaarden en olijfbomen zij aan zij groeien op een rode ondergrond (Terra rossa). Deze bodem en de Middellandse Zee terroir spelen een essenti\u00eble rol in de productie van hoogwaardige wijnen. Het klimaat is extreem, met moeilijke omstandigheden: droogte, vorst, Sirocco wind. Toch zorgen deze gepassioneerde wijnmakers ervoor dat zelfs druiven uit de oudste wijngaarden door goed wijngaardmanagement volle en elegante wijnen opleveren.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
