A high-quality and powerful Sauvignon Blanc!<\/h2>\n

A crisp and concentrated Sauvignon Blanc<\/a> from Alto Adige<\/a>Northern Italy. Passionate, gooseberries, green grass, wet pebbles, and apricot. Complemented by elderflower and acacia blossom, a hint of sage, and some spiciness. A delightful bouquet, soft on the finish, and beautifully balanced. The beautifully designed label of the Laf\u00f3a Sauvignon Blanc completes the picture. This is pure enjoyment. Delicious on its own and alongside a multitude of different dishes. Serve it with fresh goat cheese, smoked salmon on bread, or stir-fried mussels with ginger. Serve at a temperature of 12 to 14 degrees Celsius so that the aromas are best expressed. There is more to discover in every sip; it is well worth the price.<\/p>\n

High-quality wine<\/h3>\n

The grapes for the Laf\u00f3a Sauvignon Blanc are harvested by hand. Half undergoes fermentation in oak barrels and the other half in stainless steel tanks. After this, the wine ages for a further 8 months \u2018s\u00fcr lie\u2019 (on its own yeast), which provides structure and complexity.<\/p>\n

The story behind the Laf\u00f3a wines<\/h3>\n

Laf\u00f3a is synonymous with the beginning of the Alto Adige quality initiative and the groundbreaking work of Cantina Colterenzio in the 1980s. At the time, wine pioneer Luis Raifer not only planted new grape varieties in his vineyard named Laf\u00f3a but simultaneously introduced new quality standards: lower yields for better grapes and better wines. It was precisely in this experimental vineyard that the \u201cLaf\u00f3a idea\u201d was born: the introduction of new quality standards that satisfy the winemakers and staff of Cantina Colterenzio to this day. Laf\u00f3a stands for full-bodied white and red wines that are nevertheless very elegant and have great aging potential.
