Beautiful light green fruit, apple, pear, grassy, \u200b\u200bmineral, briny and very finely fresh. The A&D Mon\u00f3logo Arinto is a refined and refreshing organic<\/a> White wine with a good balance. This wine, originating from the Vinho Verde<\/a>-subregion Bai\u00e3o in Portugal, is made from the indigenous Arinto<\/a>-druif. Deze zie je vaak in blends gebruikt worden, echter kan hij hier op zich zelf prachtig tot z’n recht komen. Vandaar deze Mon\u00f3logo lijn van A&D wines. Zij vonden dat o.a. deze inheemse druif een eigen monoloog verdient! Het resultaat stelt niet teleur en is levendig, evenwichtig en heeft een aangename en lange afdronk.<\/p>\n

A&D Wines – Quinta de Santa Teresa<\/h3>\n

The A&D Mon\u00f3logo Arinto comes from the A&D Wines winery, known for its revolutionary approach within the Vinho Verde region. Founded by Alexandre and Dialina Gomas, the winery combines technical precision with a deep love for viticulture. The grapes for this wine are carefully hand-picked and selected, after which they ferment at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks. Through minimal intervention during the vinification process, the natural expression of the Arinto grape, the terroir, and the climate are optimally preserved. As a result, the A&D Mon\u00f3logo Arinto is a pure, fresh wine with great character. All wines from Alexandre and Dialina Gomas are organically produced and made with respect for the natural environment.<\/p>\n

Robert Parker\u2019s Wine Advocate on the 2017 vintage \u2013 90 points<\/strong> \u201cThe 2017 Arinto P24 \u201cMon\u00f3logo\u201d is bone dry and comes in at 13.5% alcohol, a dramatic and deliberate change from the more sugary profile of the 2015. Sourced from Plot 24 in Quinta de Santa Teresa, this was tasted about 60 days after bottling, at which point it seemed nicely balanced, as well as exuberant and intense. After the first rush of concentrated fruit\u2014and this does seem fairly deep this year\u2014this shows off the expected acidity from this high-acid grape.
