Bader-Mimeur Dessous les Mues is produced according to the highest standards of environmentally friendly viticulture. They do not use herbicides in the vineyard and hold high environmental certifications. Manual harvesting in small crates of a maximum of 30 kg guarantees the best grape selection. The \u2018Dessous les Mues\u2019 location is a special plot that perfectly reflects the essence of the Burgundian terroir.
