The wine combines lively acidity with impressive length, resulting in a fresh and round character. The Gini Contrada Salvarenza Vecchie Vigne Soave Classico distinguishes itself with scents of yellow flowers and tropical nuances, enhanced by pronounced minerality. The wine is made from <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/kenmerk\/druif\/garganega\/\">Garganega<\/a>-grapes from old vineyards in the historic Soave area, with vines that are more than a century old. The winery operates according to biodynamic principles and strives for production that is as natural as possible. After a manual harvest in October, fermentation takes place in French oak barrels. The wine undergoes natural malolactic fermentation and subsequently ages on its lees for twelve months, followed by six months of bottle aging.<\/p>\n<p>The Gini family, active in the region since the sixteenth century, manages the vineyards with care and dedication. The name \u201cSalvarenza\u201d is derived from a local legend about a woman named Renza.
