En dat is <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/producenten\/cantine-san-marzano\/\">San Marzano<\/a> ook met deze Tratturi Primitivo ook bijzonder goed gelukt. De Primitivo druiven groeien in de volle zon in het warme <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/wijngebieden\/italie\/puglia\/\">Puglia<\/a> and deliver a nice, full flavor. You can taste that the <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/druiven\/primitivo\/\">Primitivo<\/a> The grapes were picked at full ripeness, giving it its full, ripe flavor. Moreover, the picking is done manually, allowing an initial selection of the best bunches to take place in the vineyard. The juicy grapes impart an aroma of cherries, spices, rosemary, and vanilla to this wine. Truly a full-bodied, soft, and intense wine that provides a very pleasant mouthfeel.<\/p>\n<h2>Cantina San Marzano<\/h2>\n<p>In 1962 bundelden 19 wijnboeren uit San Marzano hun krachten en richtten zo &#8220;Cantine San Marzano&#8221; op. In de tussentijd is er veel gebeurd want tegenwoordig telt deze co\u00f6peratie meer dan 1200 telers.\u00a0Men maakt gebruik van moderne en technologisch geavanceerde installaties waarbij toch de zeer oude wijntraditie van Puglia blijft behouden.\u00a0San Marzano ligt in Puglia, een schiereiland tussen twee zee\u00ebn (Ionische en de Adriatische Zee). De wijngaarden van San Marzano bevinden zich op een hoogte van 100 meter boven zeeniveau. De provincies Taranto en Brindisi bieden een vlak landschap met een extreem klimaat: hitte, droogte, vorst en een stevige Sirocco wind. Toch zorgen deze gepassioneerde wijnmakers ervoor dat zelfs druiven uit de oudste wijngaarden volle en elegante wijnen opleveren.<\/p>\n<h2>Wijnbereiding en smaak<\/h2>\n<p>Om deze fantastische wijn te maken past de wijnmaker gedurende 10 dagen schilinweking toe om de smaken uit de schillen te onttrekken. Na een alcoholische fermentatie onder gecontroleerde temperaturen rijpt de wijn enkele maanden in eigen gist (sur lie). De wijn heeft een donkere kleur en aroma&#8217;s van\u00a0kersen, specerijen, rozemarijn en vanille. San Marzano Tratturi Primitivo is een volle, zachte en intense wijn, die een erg aangenaam mondgevoel geeft.
