We have an easy-drinking and very tasty red wine here. Made from the grape trio Grenache-Syrah-Mourvedre (GSM for short) in the Rh\u00f4ne and Languedoc region. The blend is acclaimed for its delicious fruitiness combined with fine drinkability, garrigue aromas, and great gastronomic potential. La Villette Grenache Syrah Mourv\u00e8dre<\/a> comes from the Languedoc, great volume for a great price! On the nose, this La Villette GSM has the spicy scent of blackcurrants and red fruit. Also warm aromas of flowers and spices. On the palate, it is a rich, full-bodied, fruity wine with black fruit and liquorice aromas accompanied by velvety tannins. We think you should order a case right away!<\/p>\n

Goes with many grilled dishes, even with a nice simple grilled sausage,\u00a0<\/a>but it also goes perfectly with pasta with tomato sauce or with a spicy cheese.<\/p>\n

The wines of La Villette therefore offer a very attractive price-quality ratio. This GSM blend comes from sheltered vineyards situated between the Pyrenees and the C\u00e9vennes. The Mourv\u00e8dre grapes come from vineyards located in the cooler climate of the Mediterranean coast. The three grape varieties spend a long time in French and American oak barrels. Only a small portion of the Mourv\u00e8dre grapes rests on the skins to obtain more fruitiness in proportion to the tannins.<\/p>\n

Maison La Villette<\/h2>\n

La Villete is a wine brand founded in 1995 by winemakers Laurent and Catherine Delaunay. It is based in Burgundy, with its headquarters in Nuits-Saint-Georges. Laurent and Catherine focus entirely on producing international-class wine from the vineyards of French Burgundy, the Rh\u00f4ne Valley, Languedoc, and Provence. Two wine partners, driven by the diversity of wines and vineyards. Indeed, they are full of love for the earth. At the same time, they love work well executed, and so are their wines!<\/p>\n
