The color is light golden yellow with a green shimmer. The wine comes from the rolling hills of Pisa, <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/kenmerk\/regio\/italie\/toscana-toscane\/\">Tuscany<\/a>, and is made of 100% <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/kenmerk\/druif\/vermentino\/\">Vermentino<\/a>-grapes. They grow on soils full of fossil seashells, between the Tyrrhenian Sea and the River Era.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"606\" data-end=\"940\">The influence of the terroir is clearly noticeable in the subtle salty note, which makes this wine special. An excellent choice for those who enjoy mineral white wines with personality. <strong data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"821\">Fattoria Fibbiano<\/strong>, the producer, has been working with respect for indigenous grape varieties since 1560. The vineyards yield an average of 70 quintals per hectare. Planting is carried out with a density of 2.20 by 0.80 meters. Pruning is performed using spurs, aimed at optimal grape quality.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1954\" data-end=\"2357\">In early September, the harvest takes place by hand, early in the morning to preserve freshness. The grapes are immediately cooled with dry ice (CO\u2082) to prevent oxidation. The wine then ferments for approximately thirty days at a controlled temperature.
