Elegant, fris. Een ideale winner voor in de zomer!<\/h2>\n

San Marzano I Tratturi Chardonnay is een Chardonnay uit het diepe zuiden van Itali\u00eb. Hier geen logge balans en een alcoholbom maar een modern geproduceerde wijn door \u00e9\u00e9n van de betere wijnmakers in Puglia! Een bijzondere plek voor deze van oorsprong Franse druif.\u00a0 Ondanks de hoeveelheid zon is de wijn fris van smaak en mooi in balans! De co\u00f6peratie San Marzano is dat wel toevertrouwd! Door in de nacht te oogsten behoudt men de frisse aroma’s en zuren. Voeg daarbij speciale vinificatie technieken toe en je hebt een heerlijk glas wijn voor een super prijs.<\/p>\n

In de geur veel fruit, zoals passievrucht, mango en ander tropisch fruit. De wijn heeft een mooie lange afdronk. De druiven worden zacht geperst en op een zeer lage temperatuur vergist met geselecteerde gistsoorten. Juist om de fruitige en bloemige aroma’s te laten prevaleren boven het boterige van een Chardonnay<\/a>. Veel frisheid en goed gekoeld hebben we hier een gevaarlijke doordrinker.\u00a0 Deze San Marzano I Tratturi Chardonnay is uitstekend geschikt voor bij het aperitivo of anti pasti. Probeer hem bij de gegrilde druiven met burrata van Ottolenghi.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

Cantina San Marzano. 1200 aangesloten boeren met een gezamelijk doel: kwaliteit!<\/h2>\n

De grondsoort en het mediterrane klimaat spelen bij San Marzano een fundamentele rol in de productie voor wijnen van hoge kwaliteit. Het is geen een makkelijke omgeving. De droogte, de vorst in de winter en de harde scirocco wind. Maar bij Cantina San Marzano heeft men de kennis om hier op de juiste wijze mee om te gaan en prachtige kwaliteitsvolle wijnen te produceren.<\/p>\n

In 1962 bundelden 19 wijnboeren uit San Marzano hun krachten en richtten zo “Cantine San Marzano” op. Destijds was het noodmaatregel vanwege grote armoede en verdeelhied van veel kleine keuterboertjes. Tegenwoordig telt deze co\u00f6peratie meer dan 1200 telers en maakt het gebruik van moderne en technologisch geavanceerde installaties zonder afbreuk te doen aan de zeer oude wijntraditie van Puglia.<\/p>\n
