This Priorat is at its best with hearty dishes. Think of slow-cooked game, grilled lamb with rosemary, or a piece of aged Manchego. It is precisely the combination of ripe fruit, herbs, and minerality that makes it a perfect partner for savory flavors.<\/p>\n
Serve the wine at around 18 degrees. If necessary, let it breathe by decanting, as it may be somewhat closed at first.<\/p>\n
