Rathfinny Classic Cuv\u00e9e \u2013 Engelse bubbels met de kwaliteit van Champagne<\/h2>\n

De Rathfinny Classic Cuv\u00e9e is een verfijnde Engelse mousserende wijn uit Sussex. De smaak is vol en romig met aroma\u2019s van witte abrikoos, room en citroen in de afdronk. In de neus vind je aroma\u2019s van witte pruimen, gember en toast.<\/p>\n

Rathfinny maakt deze Brut op de manier zoals ook champagne wordt gemaakt. Een blend van pinot noir, chardonnay en pinot meunier en<\/span> M<\/span>ethode Traditionnelle met tweede gisting op de fles.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Rathfinny Classic Cuv\u00e9e rijpt 30 maanden op fles. De druiven groeien op het eigen wijngoed, waar de kalkrijke bodem en de ligging vlak bij zee voor frisheid en spanning zorgen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fris, droog en verfijnd<\/h3>\n

In het glas toont deze mousserende wijn een fijne en levendige mousse. Verwacht frisse tonen van citrus, groene appel en rijp steenfruit. Daarnaast zorgen de lange rijping op de gistcellen en flesrijping voor subtiele nuances van brioche, toast en gebak. De lage dosage houdt de stijl droog, precies en fruitgericht.<\/p>\n

Traditionele methode uit Sussex<\/h3>\n

De druiven worden met de hand geoogst en als hele trossen voorzichtig geperst. Vervolgens vindt de tweede vergisting plaats in de fles. Door de langdurige rijping ontstaat een zachte mousse en krijgt de wijn extra diepte, zonder zijn frisse karakter te verliezen.<\/p>\n

Heerlijk als aperitief en aan tafel<\/h3>\n

Rathfinny Classic Cuv\u00e9e is een uitstekend aperitief, maar past ook goed bij oesters, schaal- en schelpdieren, gerookte zalm en lichte visgerechten. Ook bij gefrituurde hapjes, zachte kazen en feestelijke borrelgerechten komt de frisse zuurgraad mooi tot zijn recht.<\/p>\n
