Een Amarone die zich onderscheidt in prijs en kwaliteit<\/h2>\n

Van een Amarone mag je iets bijzonders verwachten! De beste druiven van de wijngaard en gerijpt op hout. De Torre del Falasco Amarone della Valpolicella is een feestje in je glas! Een prachtige rode wijn met veel diepgang en complexiteit en dit exemplaar is in vergelijking met andere Amarones zeer gunstig geprijsd. Decanter gaf deze wijn maar liefst 90\/100 punten.<\/p>\n

Kersen, Bramen, Chocolade, Vijgen en Zoethout. Voorop de tong komen de bramen weer naar boven, in de afdronk proef je vooral drop, chocola en eikenhout. Prachtige Amarone met een mooie sterk geconcentreerde neus. Precies zoals je mag verwachten. Met rijpe kers en zwarte bes. Ook wat cacao, zwarte peper en laurier. De smaak komt overeen en biedt een kruidig (peper) bouquet met ook hier de zwarte bes, kers in een stevige structuur. Milde zuren en goed afgebouwde tannines. De afdronk is bovengemiddeld lang. is een mooie mediumvolle rode wijn. Een ‘warme’ wijn, heerlijk voor de herfst en winter. De prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding van deze wijn is zeer gunstig.<\/p>\n

Ripasso wordt ook wel baby-Amarone genoemd, omdat de kleur diep robijnrood is. Niet alleen heeft de wijn een geur van mooi rijp fruit, maar de smaak neigt na een iets zoete start ook naar rijp fruit. Ten slotte komt er een vleugje koekkruiden en zoethout (vanwege de houtrijping). De afdronk is lang met zachte tannines.<\/p>\n

Over de wijnmaker Cantina Valpantena<\/h2>\n

Torre del Falasco wordt gemaakt door de wijnco\u00f6peratie Cantina Valpantena. Valpantena is de naam van de vallei waar de 270 wijnboeren die bij deze co\u00f6peratie zijn aangesloten hun wijngaarden hebben. De co\u00f6peratie is expert in de productie van aantrekkelijke geprijsde wijnen uit Valpolicella zoals de\u00a0Ripasso<\/a> en Amarone.<\/p>\n

Valpantena ligt in het hart van de Veneto<\/a>, vlakbij de stad Verona. een van de belangrijkste wijnregio’s van Itali\u00eb. Het werkterrein van Valpantena strekt zich uit over het bekende trio herkomstgebieden uit de omgeving van Verona: Soave, Bardolino en Valpolicella.<\/p>\n

Torre del Falasco Amarone della Valpolicella bij het eten<\/h3>\n

Amarone is een kracht en geconcentreerde rode wijn met veel smaak. Daar horen gerechten bij die ook veel smaak hebben. De wijn en het eten moeten mooi met elkaar in balans blijven. De Amarone vraagt om eten: mooi vlees (wild, stoofpotten), kruidige gerechten (dit kunnen specialiteiten uit de hele wereld zijn), of lekker lang natafelen met een rijkelijk gevulde kaasplank.
