The wine is made from a typical Sicilian grape: frappato. Normally, red wines are made from this grape. At Feudo di Santa Tresa, they have turned it into a sparkling ros\u00e9. And what a wine it is! As a sparkling wine, the frappato certainly does not disappoint. An elegant nose with notes of forest fruits and something refreshing. On the palate, very fine bubbles, refreshing and juicy. This dry sparkling wine is therefore a delicious alternative to ros\u00e9 champagne.<\/p>\n<p>Il Frappato di Santa Tresa spumante ros\u00e9 is a dry, festive thirst quencher with plenty of freshness and a beautiful balance between sweet, sour, and bitter! A wine that makes you happy instantly. Lots of red fruit on the nose, such as strawberry, pomegranate, and even some rhubarb. The taste is fresh and dry. A pure organic wine! The red fruit returns in the taste. And, of course, the typical Italian bitterness that gives the wines a nice bite and good structure!<\/p>\n<h2>About Feudo di Santa Tresa<\/h2>\n<p>Feudo di Santa Tresa is a family business of the Girelli family. The winery has existed since 1697 and covers approximately 50 hectares. This wine is a testament to the dedication and skills of the Girelli family. They have been working organically for many years, but only received official certification in 2009. The vineyards are located near the town of Vittoria, in the south of <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/kenmerk\/regio\/italie\/sicilia-sicilie\/\">Sicily<\/a>The grapes grow on the fertile volcanic soil of Mount Etna.
