Klassiek gemaakt van de heilige drie- eenheid Cabernet sauvignon, <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/kenmerk\/druif\/cabernet-franc\/\">Cabernet Franc<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/kenmerk\/druif\/merlot\/\">Merlot<\/a>. Met een verleidelijke, complexe geur van delicaat zwart fruit als kersen en zwarte bes. Aangevuld met donkere chocolade , aardse tonen van truffels en walnoot De wijn heeft kracht \u00e9n finesse, gepolijste tannines en een heel mooie balans. Met een zalvende romige afdronk die oneindig lijkt. Opmerkelijk is dat de wijn <strong>bijna geen toegevoegde sulfiet <\/strong>bevat. Dus lekker puur natuur hier want daar letten we natuurlijk ook goed op bij wijnclub Amsterdam.nl<\/p>\n<p>Deze wijn verdient mooie gerechten. De eerste gedachte gaat uit naar elegant rood vlees van de grill (entrec\u00f4te, rib-eye, T-bone, tournedos). Een klassieker is natuurlijk een gebraden lambout met een sauce Bordelaise.\u00a0 Bij hertenbiefstukje is het echt een super combi.\u00a0 Of anders misschien gestoofde kalfswang? Of ander zacht stoofvlees? Helemaal prima ook bij een harde kaas zoals Parmezaanse of oude Goudse kaas. Een wijn die ze misschien bij Perswijn wel ook met de kerst op tafel zetten ?<\/p>\n<h2>Chateau Le Grand Verdus<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div>In het hart van het heuvelachtige landschap in het AOC Bordeaux Sup\u00e9rieur gebied liggen de wijngaarden van Ch\u00e2teau Le Grand Verdus. Het statige landgoed, met haar 16e-eeuwse Renaissance-residentie, is al sinds 1810 in handen van de familie Le Grix de la Salle. Een traditionele familie. Al vele generaties dragen zij de kunst van het wijnmaken over van vader op zoon. Op dit moment staat de vierde generatie wijnmakers aan het roer van Ch\u00e2teau Le Grand Verdus: Antoine en Thomas Le Grix de la Salle. De wijngaarden beschikken over een uniek terroir en microklimaat en profiteren van de bijzondere samenstelling van het landschap rondom Bordeaux. De enorme variaties in hoogte cre\u00ebren een lappendeken van verschillende bodemsoorten, van kalksteen tot klei en gravel. Al deze bodemsoorten dragen bij aan het unieke karakter van de wijnen van Ch\u00e2teau Le Grand Verdus.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Het chateau heeft sinds dit jaar het keurmerk &#8221; Haute Valeur Environnementale&#8221;\u00a0 (HVE3) .
