Een juweeltje van goud uit de Bourgogne<\/h2>\n

De Louis Jadot Bourgogne C\u00f4te d’Or is een moderne soepele pinot noir met een stevige bite.\u00a0 Geboren in het land van herkomst: de Bourgogne. Gemaakt door een topproducent. Een wijn met een voor Pinot Noir<\/a> diepe kleur. Lekkere verleidelijke aroma\u2019s van kersen en bosbessen. De rijping in eikenhouten vaten zorgen voor wat toast en specerijen. De tannines zijn fijn en elegant en de smaak en afdronk opvallend sappig. Een wijn die makkelijk wegdrinkt maar met een zekere stevigheid. Daardoor ook geschikt voor aan tafel bij het diner.\u00a0 Mooie begeleider van diverse gerechten met rood vlees en gevogelte, rijke vegetarische gerechten en rijpe kazen.<\/p>\n

De druiven worden vergist op RVS tanks maar waarbij de most gedurende 3 weken wordt ondergedompeld om meer extractie te krijgen. Daarna rijpt de ene helft van de wijn 15-18 maanden op eikenhouten vaten en de andere helft in RVS. Daarna worden de wijnen zorgvuldig geblend tot de juiste smaak en structuur.<\/p>\n

Het handgetekende, en voor de Bourgogne, heel moderne design op het etiket weerspiegelt de drie elementen die deze wijn zo speciaal maken: de bodems, het landschap en de diverse wijngaarden – climats – van de C\u00f4te d\u2019Or.<\/p>\n

Klassiek en toch nieuw<\/h2>\n

Er is verandering gekomen in de onderste regionen van de Bourgogne-classificatie.\u00a0 De AOC Bourgogne C\u00f4te d\u2019Or is nieuw!\u00a0 De eerste flessen met dat etiket staan alweer in de schappen. Het Institut Nationale des Appellations d\u2019Origine gaf er in 2017 toestemming voor. Dat betekent dat er alweer een \u2018onderscheidende\u2019 Franse wijn-betiteling bij komt.<\/p>\n

De regio had een nieuw niveau nodig om de wijnen te onderscheiden van wijngaarden die superieur waren aan de vlakste delen van de C\u00f4te d\u2019Or, maar kon de namen van de vele beroemde dorpen langs dit beroemde oostelijke deel van Bourgogne niet dragen . Een kwaliteit hoger dan Bourgogne Blanc of Rouge op het gebied van afkomst, vereisten ze erkenning van de superioriteit van deze wijngaarden in de vorm van een nieuwe appelatie. De wijnen uit de C\u00f6te d’Or kunnen dus een blend zijn uit de C\u00f4tes de Nuits en de C\u00f4te de Beaune.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
