The taste is intense, powerful, and silky smooth with a long, spicy and fruity finish. The vineyards are all located close to the sea and benefit from the cooling sea breeze, ensuring that the wine also has plenty of fresh acidity. This makes the wine refined and easy to drink at the same time!<\/p>\n<p>The wine<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cantineermes.it\/\"> Cantine Ermes<\/a> <span class=\"vintage\">Quattro Quarti Appassimento Rosso<\/span> is made from a blend of three grape varieties. Primitivo, <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/kenmerk\/druif\/nero-di-troia\/\">Nero di Troia<\/a> and Sangiovese, and are all very well known in Southern Italy. Individually, the grapes already guarantee a glass full of dark fruit. By combining these grapes, a special and flavorful blend of ripe cherries, blackcurrants, currants, and dark chocolate is created. The wine pairs wonderfully with roasted or grilled beef, lamb, or goat. Or, for example, a Moroccan tagine with plums. The ideal serving temperature is 16-18\u00baC.<\/p>\n<h2>Appassimento method<\/h2>\n<p>The Italians, they love it! And so do we! The wine is made using the appassimento method.
