In deze omgeving is deze prachtige wijn ontstaan met zijn robijnrode kleur hints van granaatrode reflecties. Een delicate en unieke geur van violet en rood fruit, gebalanceerde tannines en een fluweelachtig, harmonische body.<\/p>\n<\/header>\n<h2>Damilano Winery<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/kenmerk\/domein\/damilano\/\">Damilano<\/a> is een van de oudste wijnhuizen uit de <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/kenmerk\/regio\/italie\/piedmont-piemonte\/\">Piedmont<\/a>. Na de crises met de druifluis <em>Phylloxera Vastatrix<\/em>\u00a0is Giuseppe Borgogno, de overgrootvader van de huidige eigenaren, in 1890 begonnen met het bottelen van wijnen op het Damilano domein. Op druifluis bestendige wijnstokken. Tegenwoordig werken Paolo, Mario en Guido, de 4e generatie, met veel liefde aan de mooiste wijnen. Hun levensmotto is altijd vooruitkijken en niet bang voor nieuwe ontwikkelingen. Het doel dat ze nastreven is om de kwaliteit van hun wijnen nog meer te verfijnen. Mede door de inzet van top-wijnadviseur Giuseppe &#8216;Beppe&#8217; Caviola behoort\u00a0Damilano tot de beste bedrijven in het gebied.<\/p>\n<h2>Proefnotitie\u00a0Damilano Nebbiolo Langhe Marghe<\/h2>\n<p>De kleur is robijnrood met paarse granaat kleurige reflecties. In de neus een typische delicate geuren die doen denken aan violet en rood fruit. In de mond droge correcte tannines met een fluwelige, harmonische volle body. Aanbevolen serveertemperatuur is 16\u00b0\/17\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>De fermentatie van de wijn gebeurd in RVS tanks gedurende 2 weken op gecontroleerde temperatuur. Daarna volgt\u00a016 maanden opvoeding in Slavonisch eiken foeders.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/product\/damilano-langhe-arneis\/\">Probeer ook eens de witte Damilano!
