Always juicy, fresh, and cheerful. A light yellow wine with intense aromas of gooseberries, lychee, and pineapple. A delicious fruit basket with great length. The Beaurempart Grande R\u00e9serve Blanc is a combination of the well-known Sauvignon Blanc and the local Colombard and Gros Manseng grapes. A fine, fresh wine with enough creaminess to pair with salads, marinated vegetables, curries, and anything that can swim. Ideal aperitif or party wine. Everyone simply loves it.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, this Beaurempart Grande Reserve Gascogne has a very low alcohol percentage of only 11.5%. So an extra glass is always possible!<\/p>\n<p>The South French appellation <a href=\"https:\/\/nl.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/C%C3%B4tes_de_Gascogne_(wijnstreek)\">C\u00f4tes de Gascogne<\/a> is blessed with an ideal climate for the production of fresh, fruity white wines. The cool breeze from the<br \/>\nThe Atlantic Ocean to the west cools the vineyards, allowing the grapes to develop intense fruit aromas. The grapes are harvested at night and subsequently fermented at a low temperature. This preserves the fresh fruit aromas and creates expressive wines that are versatile and perfectly suited to the taste of the modern consumer. The white wines from Gascony are often a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and the indigenous Colombard and Gros Manseng. The influence of Gros Manseng (yes, indeed, there is also a Petit!) is a defining flavor profile for the wine and gives it its typical tropical character.<\/p>\n<p>The vineyards enjoy a Mediterranean climate with warm summers and fairly mild winters. The soil is alluvial, consisting of clay and sand. The vineyards are situated on gently sloping hills. Because the grapes are harvested at night and fermented at low temperatures, they retain their fresh fruit aromas.
