Bourgogne Chardonnay op het etiket, Meursault in de fles!<\/h2>\n

Hoewel deze tak van Latour familie al sinds de 18e eeuw wijn maakt, schoot plotseling Vincent Latour<\/a> skyhigh in the ranking\u00a0 na het uitbrengen van zijn jaargang uit 2006 toen hij door het gerespecteerde lokale tijdschrift Bourgogne Aujourd’hui werd genomineerd als wijnmaker van het jaar. Daarnaast ook meerdere keren erkend als de beste nieuwe jonge wijnmaker in de C\u00f4te de Beaune en in de C\u00f4te de Nuits als resultaat van een jaarlijkse blinde proeverij georganiseerd door lokale vignerons. En dat proef je in deze Vincent Latour Bourgogne Chardonnay. De wijn heeft een goudgele kleur. Typische Bourgogne neus! Fris, wit fruit maar ook dat lekkere botertje , die groene tonen en een vleugje vanille. Zeer fijne en elegant allemaal. In de mond heeft de Vincent Latour Bourgogne Chardonnay<\/a> ook weer die volheid en romigheid met die juiste spanning op het eind! Nu weet je weer waarom witte Bourgogne niet te\u00a0 imiteren is. De wijngaarden liggen net buiten de Meursault appelatie en zijn makkelijk te verwarren met de gelijknamige wijn. De smaak ligt wel heel duidelijke in het verlengde van de dure versie…..<\/p>\n

Vroeger verkocht zijn vader hun druiven, maar toen Vincent in 1989 het domein overnam, besloot hij al hun productie, ongeveer 4.000 gevallen, te bottelen. Vincent heeft uiteraard gedurende de tijd enkele verbeteringen aangebracht, waaronder het gebruik van vergisting van hele trossen, het integreren van demi-muids en foudres en een langere rijping. Deze zijn gebruikt om een \u200b\u200bbetere controle over de eiken invloed te hebben. In de wijngaard volgt Vincent de lutte raisonn\u00e9e-methoden en inheemse gisten worden gebruikt voor fermentatie.<\/p>\n
