Bird of paradise from Marche<\/h2>\n

The wine region Rosso Piceno<\/a> in the Italian province of Marche, translated from Italian, means \u201cRed bird\u201d. Here, no house sparrow, but a great skua! The Terra Fageto Rosso Piceno Rusus is a warm, robust red glass. Made from Montepulciano and Sangiovese<\/a> grapes in equal proportion. Nice and full-bodied, spicy with plenty of black fruit. The wine is intensely ruby \u200b\u200bred in color. On the nose, forest fruits, cherry, and a hint of licorice. The taste is dry, warm, and round with soft, ripe tannins. A beautifully balanced and harmonious wine. A wine that can spend quite a few hours in your home. A classic, juicy Italian red for classic Italian pasta dishes with tomato sauce. Lasagna, Bolognese, Arrabiata, Puttanesca. It goes wonderfully with it all! That Terra Fageto Rosso Piceno Rusus is truly finished off with the meal. It also pairs perfectly with a charcuterie board featuring a nice piece of salami and some Italian cheese, mind you!<\/p>\n

Terra Fageto \u2013 the story of generations<\/h3>\n

Wine producer Terra Fageto is a family business in the Marche. The vineyards are located right on the coast of the Adriatic Sea, about 50 km south of Ancona, on the border between forest and beach.<\/p>\n

Wine has been made here for four generations. It is simply the story of life. Grandfather Dante grew up among olive trees and vines. Driven by a love for the land and the experience of his father Emidio, he was motivated to work hard so that they could make a living from their labor. They started selling the wine they produced behind the house. Claudio, Dante's son, industrialized the business with his wife Maria. They began bottling the wine and started using modern steel tanks alongside the wooden barrels. Grandson Angelo attended professional viticulture school and started organic farming. Their wines already hold organic certification.<\/p>\n

It is an organic company, nature is the real protagonist in their profession. One uses only delicate and virtuous practices, slowly and painstakingly, and this benefits everyone, people, plants, the earth. It is a synergy of purpose and life. For example, the prunings and by-products of wine making are composted and are the fertilizers of our vineyards. The grapes are collected manually and once in the cellar, traditional and minimally invasive processing techniques are used, such as ripening on the noble lees. No chemical synthesis products.These are not at all part of their way of working.
