The Cielo e Terra winery has 3 principles and has applied them perfectly in their Cielo e Terra 3 Passo Rosso. The following 3 rules apply to their Tre Passo series wines:<\/p>\n

  1. Organically certified grown grapes<\/li>\n
  2. Partially overripe grapes in the blend<\/li>\n
  3. Prolonged soaking<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In addition, this wine contains 3 different grapes, namely Sangiovese, Negroamaro and the Primitivo.<\/a> The number 3 is therefore prominently displayed on the label to emphasize it once again! The result is a ripe, rich, and powerful typical Southern Italian wine with aromas of dried fruit, tobacco, and mocha. On the palate, the Cielo e Terra 3 Passo Rosso also has plenty of concentration with a sultry opening. Dried grapes are pumped over several times with other must to create great flavor extraction. Taste the sun! The wine is pleasantly smooth and a delight to drink for many enthusiasts. Delicious just for enjoying on the couch in the evening or with friends during a fun game of Ludo during the curfew in yet another lockdown. Also great with a homemade pizza. An absolutely interesting combination is with Moroccan Tajine dishes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Family business Cielo e Terra<\/h3>\n

    Cielo e Terra<\/a> It is a large family business with its own vineyards, but it also sources from fellow grape growers and has well-structured contracts with them. There is great diversity in the style of wines originating from many regions. The Cielo Tre Passo Rosso is one such example. The bond between the earth (terra) and the Cielo family originated in the Valle del Chiampo in 1908, around the modest Cielo family vineyard. Giovanni Cielo\u2019s newly established family business immediately proved successful. Since Luca and Pierpaolo Cielo (4th generation) took the reins, the Cielo family business has only become stronger and more powerful through the union of tradition and the experience of more than 2,000 wine producers from the Colli Berici. Cielo e Terra has achieved its mission and continues to pursue it.<\/p>\n
