Pinotage ros\u00e9 met een vleugje witte Muscat voor n\u00e8t die extra fruitigheid.<\/h2>\n

Deze Delheim Pinotage Ros\u00e9 wordt gemaakt van de nationale druif van Zuid-Afrika: Pinotage.\u00a0 Maar er zit net een ietsiepietsie Muscat<\/a> (of Muskaat) druif bij. Die Muskaat is natuurlijk heel fruitig en zorgt voor net die extra vriendelijkheid en een klein snoepje bij deze Ros\u00e9. De druiven groeien\u00a0 in de Coastal region waar de oceanen zorgen voor een frisse bries. Mooi lichtroze, niet t\u00e9 droog met zijn 3 gram restsuiker per liter maar hij barst van het zomerfruit. Hij is heerlijk in de neus met veel zomerse aardbei, cranberry , framboos, aalbes, grapefruit en granaatappel. Mooi fris en levendig met een precies goede zure “backbone”. Drink hem op een zomerse dag bij een picknick in het park of op het strand. Achter in de tuin gaat ook prima met een zomerse Gazpacho of een stukje zalm “en Papilotte”<\/a>. Kan ook prima bij Oosterse maaltijden zoals Peking duck.<\/p>\n

Het begint allemaal met de oogst, die in \u00e9\u00e9n van de wijngaarden van het landgoed van 120 hectare plaatsvindt. Pinotage\u00a0 en Muskaat trossen die zorgvuldig zijn verzameld onder streng toezicht van de oenoloog. Alleen de beste komen door de selectie! De druiven worden even een paar uur geweekt\u00a0 op hun schillen en daarna vergist tot de mooie roze kleur, dan is het gebotteld aan hun smaak en sappigheid te behouden. Ros\u00e9 om direct open te trekken bij de eerste zonnestralen.<\/p>\n

Duurzaamheid voorop bij deze Ros\u00e9 wijn !<\/h3>\n

Onze Delheim Pinotage Ros\u00e9 is \u00e9\u00e9n van de eerste wijnen in Zuid-Afrika met ’s werelds eerste duurzaamheidszegel als garantie voor milieuvriendelijke productie.<\/p>\n

Met ingang van 2010 is het vrijwillige systeem beschikbaar voor die wijnmakerijen welke geslaagd zijn voor de accreditatie van een reeks duurzame principes van de ge\u00efntegreerde productie van wijn (IPW), op het niveau van de boerderij, de wijnmakerij en de botteling. IPW behandelt een reeks onderwerpen, zoals ge\u00efntegreerde plaagbestrijding, de gezondheid van werknemers, het behoud van de biodiversiteit en de vermindering van de uitstoot van broeikasgassen.<\/p>\n

De Zuid-Afrikaanse wijnindustrie heeft ’s werelds eerste duurzaamheidszegel gelanceerd als garantie voor milieuvriendelijke productie. Het zegel, met een uniek nummer, uitgegeven door de Zuid Afrikaanse Wine and Spirit Board,\u00a0 alleen bedoeld voor gebottelde wijnen (dus g\u00e9\u00e9n bulkwijnen) . Dit is ondersteund door een geavanceerd “track en trace’ systeem waarbij men de inhoud van de fles naar de bron in elke fase van de toeleveringsketen kan volgen.
