De geur opent met het walsen, fris, klein rood fruit, framboos en kers. De smaak is sappig en rond. Verkwikkend. Afwijkend van de meeste wijnen, lichtvoetig, elegant, smaakvol en puur.\u00a0 De druiven van de jongste wijngaarden gaan samen in deze literfles. De basis bestaat uit Alicante Nero (ook bekend als grenache, cannonau or garnacha). <span class=\"kenmerk\">Daarnaast wordt de carignan en de mourvedre<\/span> gebruikt.\u00a0De wijn rijpt 6 maanden op beton.<\/p>\n<p>De Ampeleia Unlitro heeft een lichtrode kleur. In de geur rood zomerfruit zoals rijpe kers en framboos. De smaak is ietswat droog en soepel. Deze wijn is jong het lekkerst en kan eventueel licht gekoeld worden in de zomer (ca. 15 &#8211; 16 graden).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Over Ampeleia<\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">Ampeleia staat voor handgemaakte biologische wijnen. Ze produceren wijnen die de smaak van het land waaruit hij voortkomt uitdrukt en die voortkomt uit een bewustzijn van het belang van diversiteit.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>2002 gaat Elisabetta Foradori uit Trento twee uitdagingen aan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Op haar domein in de Dolomieten begint ze met biodynamische bewerken van de wijngaarden<\/li>\n<li>In de heuvels ten westen van Siena start ze een \u2018nieuw\u2019 wijndomein: Ampeleia. De lokatie is perfect. Ze ziet de potentie in de bodemafwisseling in de verschillende wijngaardjes, op drie verschillende hoogtes, biodiversiteit door afwisseling van bos, weiland, rotsen, olijfgaarden, struikgewas.
