Helaas moet je als wijnbouwer w\u00e9l genoegen nemen met een een magere IGP (Indicazione Geografica Protecta) want wat je doet past niet in het systeem. Maar eerlijk is eerlijk, als je niet buiten de paden durft te treden, veranderd er nooit wat. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/product\/cantine-san-marzano-edda-bianco-salento-magnum\/\">Nu ook in Magnum Formaat<\/a>!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De wijnmakers, co\u00f6peratie Cantine San Marzano hebben gekozen voor andere druiven en een ander productieproced\u00e9 dan volgens het traditionele classificatiesysteem in de regio Salento is toegestaan. De wijn heeft houtrijping gehad. Dat geeft &#8216;m een subtiel zoetje van een rijpe Chardonnay. Daarnaast\u00a0 in de geur bloemen, perzik en een delicate hint van vanille. De aanzet is romig en delicaat met elegante, verfrissende en mineralige tonen. Een echte ontdekking dat met zorg is gemaakt.<\/p>\n<h2>Cantine San Marzano<\/h2>\n<p>Cantine San Marzano produceert moderne elegante wijnen met een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding van de authentieke lokale duivenrassen, zoals <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/kenmerk\/druif\/primitivo\/\">Primitivo<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/kenmerk\/druif\/negroamaro\/\">Negroamaro<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/kenmerk\/druif\/malvasia-nero\/\">Malvasia Nero.<\/a> De cooperatie heeft een breed assortiment met verschillende kwaliteitsniveaus. Bij Wijnclub Amsterdam hebben we een selectie van de rode, witte en ros\u00e9-wijnen.<\/p>\n<p>De geschiedenis van de co\u00f6peratie Cantine San Marzano begint in 1962 toen 19 wijnboeren hun krachten gingen bundelen om de kwaliteit van hun wijn te verbeteren. Door samen te gaan werken konden de wijnboeren investeren in betere machines. Met respect voor de oorspronkelijk wijntradities uit de streek werkt de co\u00f6peratie tegenwoordig met de meest moderne en geavanceerde technologie.<\/p>\n<p>Tegenwoordig zitten er maar liefst 1.200 wijnboeren in de co\u00f6peratie Cantine San Marzano. Gezamenlijk hebben ze zo&#8217;n 1.500 hectare aan wijngaarden, waarbij het gemiddelde oppervlakte van elke individuele wijnboer dus relatief klein is.
