Maar uiteraard dat niet alleen, Hij is ook vreselijk lekker! De Graffetta Grillo is een typisch Mediterrane witte wijn.\u00a0 Strogeel van kleur, de neus onthult delicate en complexe tonen van gedroogde bloemen, gele appel, hooi en stro. In de mond drukt het mediterrane warmte uit en met een zeer zachte aanzet. Duidelijk heeft de Graffetta Grillo ook wat anijs en venkel tonen in de smaak. Allemaal goed in contrast met de frisheid die wordt gegeven door een uitgesproken zuur op het eind. Geconcentreerd wit.<\/p>\n<p>De Graffetta Grillo is heerlijk bij gegrilde zwaardvis met een pittige tomatensaus. Zeebaars met wat venkelgroen in zijn buik uit de oven. Gek genoeg gaat de wijn ook uitstekend bij lokale Pecorino. Voor de echte durf als is er ook de Casu Marzu om erbij te proberen.<\/p>\n<div class=\"txt_col txt_col_1\">\n<div class=\"admin_txt\">\n<h3>Wijnhuis Graffetta op Sicili\u00eb<\/h3>\n<p>Sicili\u00eb is een regio die rijk is aan geschiedenis, traditie en kunst. Elke plaats drukt een andere historische periode uit die verschillende culturen en tradities heeft gevestigd, waardoor dit eiland een mix is \u200b\u200bvan unieke schoonheid en diversiteit.\u00a0Graffetta ligt op een steenworp afstand van de stad Ispica, grenzend aan Noto en Modica, de dorpen met de meest authentieke Siciliaanse barok, architecturen die de wedergeboorte van de Val di Noto markeren na de verschrikkelijke aardbeving van 1697<\/p>\n<p>In 2004 heeft wijnhuis Castagnoli uit Toscane\u00a0 besloten om het lot van dit wijnhuis met dit landgoed te verstrengelen om twee redenen: de eerste betreft een sentimenteel aspect, de liefde voor hun originele afkomst heerste, samen metde schoonheid en historiciteit van de plaatsen. De tweede reden is rationeler (ondernemend), men heeft besloten om in te zetten op de geweldige kwaliteit van Siciliaanse grond en landbouwproducten.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"txt_col txt_col_2\">\n<div class=\"admin_txt\">\n<p>De wijncultuur van dit zuidoostelijke deel van Sicili\u00eb kent achttiende-eeuwse tradities, een periode waarin de regio in wezen een enorm leengoed is van adellijke families die gedurende lange perioden de landelijke gebieden van het gebied beheren.<\/p>\n<p>Samenwerkingen hebben geleid tot het beheer van wijngaarden gelegen op ca. 600 meter boven zeeniveau in het Segesta-gebied, een gebied met een hoge roeping voor witte druivensoorten zoals Grillo.
