The wine is dedicated to the most romantic love story ever, Romeo &amp; Juliet, and the city of Verona. Anyone who has ever been to this city undoubtedly knows the balcony of the opera Romeo &amp; Juliet. The walls are covered with love messages. The label of the Pasqua Romeo &amp; Juliet Passimento Rosso shows a small part of this.<\/p>\n<h2>Pasqua Romeo &amp; Juliet Passimento Rosso: wine with passion<\/h2>\n<p>The Pasqua Romeo &amp; Juliet Passimento Rosso has an intense ruby \u200b\u200bred color. The aroma is that of intense red fruit. Fine and velvety on the palate with soft tannins on the finish. In terms of taste, this wine is comparable to the <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/product\/neropasso-biscardo-rosso-igt\/\">Neropasso<\/a>, one of the most popular wines from our Casa.<\/p>\n<p>Passimento, by the way, has nothing to do with passion. It is the method by which this wine is made. The grapes are first dried. As a result, the juice is more concentrated and ripe. You can taste that in the flavor. The most famous wine from the Valpolicella region, Amarone, is also made in this way.<\/p>\n<p>A blend of three grapes that you don't often come across is used here: 40% Merlot, 30% Corvina, and 30% Croatina.<\/p>\n<p>The wine pairs well with all kinds of meat dishes, especially if they are stewed. But this wine also tastes delicious with aged cheeses.<\/p>\n<h2>Third generation of the Famiglia Pasqua<\/h2>\n<p>The history of Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine dates back to 1925, when the Pasqua brothers moved from Puglia to Veneto and started a vineyard there. Pasqua continued to grow in the mid-20th century, expanding its vineyards and adding a bottling plant.
