De wijn is opgedragen aan het meest romantische liefdesverhaal ooit, Romeo &amp; Juliet en de stad Verona. Wie ooit in deze stad is geweest, kent ongetwijfeld het balkon van de opera Romeo &amp; Julia. De muren staan volgeschreven met liefdesteksten. Het etiket van de Pasqua Romeo &amp; Juliet Passimento Rosso laat hier een klein stukje van zien.<\/p>\n<h2>Pasqua Romeo &amp; Juliet Passimento Rosso: wijn met passie<\/h2>\n<p>De Pasqua Romeo &amp; Juliet Passimento Rosso heeft een intens robijnrode kleur. De geur is die van intens rood fruit. Fijn en fluweelachtig van smaak met zachte tannines in de afdronk. Qua smaak is deze wijn vergelijkbaar aan de <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/product\/neropasso-biscardo-rosso-igt\/\">Neropasso<\/a>, \u00e9\u00e9n van de populairste wijnen uit onze Casa.<\/p>\n<p>Passimento heeft trouwens niks te maken met passie. Het is de methode waarmee deze wijn is gemaakt. De druiven worden eerst ingedroogd. Het sap is daardoor meer geconcentreerd en rijp. Dat proef je in de smaak. Ook de beroemdste wijn uit de streek Valpolicella, Amarone, wordt op deze manier gemaakt.<\/p>\n<p>Er wordt hier een blend van drie druiven gebruikt die je niet zo vaak tegenkomt: 40% Merlot, 30% Corvina en 30% Croatina.<\/p>\n<p>De wijn past bij allerlei vleesgerechten, zeker als ze gestoofd zijn. Maar ook bij oude kazen smaakt deze wijn heerlijk.<\/p>\n<h2>Derde generatie van de Famiglia Pasqua<\/h2>\n<p>De geschiedenis van Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine gaat terug tot 1925, toen de broers Pasqua vanuit Puglia naar Veneto zijn gegaan en daar een wijngaard zijn gestart. Pasqua bleef groeien in het midden van de 20e eeuw, breidde zijn wijngaarden uit en voegde er een bottelarij aan toe.
