De Pasqua Romeo & Juliet Passimento Bianco is een bijzondere witte wijn uit de streek Valpolicella in Noord-Itali\u00eb. De wijn is een ode aan het het romantische liefdesverhaal Romeo & Juliet. Wie ooit in de nabijgelegen stad Verona is geweest kent ongetwijfeld het balkon van de opera Romeo & Julia. De muren staan volgeschreven met liefdesteksten. Het etiket laat een klein stukje van deze liefdesteksten zien. De witte wijn Pasqua Romeo & Juliet Passimento Bianco doet denken aan de hartstochtelijke en romantische liefde van Romeo en Juliet maar die gelukkig w\u00e9l een goede afloop heeft!<\/p>\n

Witte wijn gemaakt volgens de passito-methode<\/h2>\n

Deze witte wijn wordt gemaakt volgens de passito-methode, een methode die meestal bij rode druiven wordt toegepast. De Garganega<\/a> druiven worden direct na de oogst gedroogd in kratten. Daarin verliezen de druiven ongeveer 25% van hun vocht. Tevens neemt in de druiven het suikergehalte en de aroma’s toe. Hierna volgt een inweking van 12 uur die de complexiteit en structuur ten goede komen. De vinificatie geschiedt grotendeels in RVS-vaten. Een deel van de wijn rijpt 3 maanden lang in houten vaten.<\/p>\n

Pasqua Romeo & Juliet Passimento Bianco: een volle rijke fruitbom!<\/h2>\n

De Pasqua Romeo & Juliet heeft een volle, rijke smaak en een goede structuur. De smaak is verfrissend, rijk en krachtig. Ook zit er een klein ‘botertje’ in deze aangenaam complexe wijn. De kleur van de wijn is diep geel. In de geur vind je aroma’s van perzik en tropisch fruit, zoals lychees. Ook ruik je iets noot-achtigs: amandelen. De afdronk is lang en aangenaam.<\/p>\n

Deze ongewone wijn past goed bij allerlei gerechten, van scherpe kaas tot boterachtige kip- en visgerechten.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
