The Hensel Aufwind Sp\u00e4tburgunder<\/strong> is a refined red wine from the Palatinate<\/a>, one of the most important wine regions of Germany. Made from the Sp\u00e4tburgunder-druif<\/a> (Pinot Noir<\/a>It has fruity aromas and light spiciness. Thanks to the relatively warm climate, the grapes can ripen optimally, while the calcareous soils ensure a beautiful structure and finesse. The majority of the wine ages in stainless steel tanks, ensuring the fresh fruit notes are well preserved. Additionally, approximately 10% ages in used oak barrels, which adds extra complexity without dominating the wine with oak influences.<\/p>\n
