De schil is dik en voorkomt daardoor dat het vocht uit de druif kan verdampen. In de wijnen die er van worden gemaakt ruik je de geur van abrikoos- en citrus, samen met die wat branderige geur die je op van die zinderende heten dagen bemerkt. Zo ook bij de Sogno del Sud Grillo.<\/p>\n<p>De wijn heeft in het glas een mooie gele kleur. De geur van de wijn is zoet, maar fruitig en hier en daar wat hints\u00a0van specerijen. In de mond is de wijn fris en zacht, goed in balans met een aanhoudende\u00a0afdronk.<\/p>\n<p>De wijngaard Baglio Gibellina is gevestigd in een nieuwe stad op Sicili\u00eb in de vallei tussen de heuvels van Salemi en Santa Ninfa. Het landschap is bezaaid met wijngaarden, olijfbomen, citrusbomen, jeneverbesstruiken en fichi d\u2019India bomen. De druiven voor de wijn worden eind augustus\/begin september met de hand geplukt. Bovendien is de wijn biologisch geproduceerd.<\/p>\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Vertaling\"><span lang=\"nl\">Tussen de zachte heuvels die rood lijken van de velden van Sulla (Hedysarum Coronarium) bloemen, groen van de tarwevelden en ook\u00a0 goudkleurig als de tarwe rijpt, staan \u200b\u200bprachtige boerderijen die ons herinneren aan een groot Romeins landgoed. Baglio Gibellina domineert de vallei en het landschap is bezaaid met wijngaarden, olijfboomgaarden, citrusbomen, jeneverbesbomen en stekelige peren uit India. Het blauw van de lucht en van de zee aan de horizon vormen de achtergrond voor een mix van typisch mediterrane kleuren. De zonsondergangen die vanaf de Baglio te zien zijn, zijn spectaculair, &#8217;s nachts versterkt het mengsel van lichten dat zich uitstrekt tot in de verte het \u201cgeluid\u201d van de stilte.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Waar drinken we de Sogno del Sud Grillo bij?<\/h3>\n<p>De droge witte wijn Sogno del Sud Grillo is top bij een visje van de grill. Zeebaars met citroen rozemarijn in zijn buik, een stukje zalm of zalmforel &#8220;en papillotte&#8221;met de nodige Thaise smaakmakers.<\/p>\n<h3>Prizes won<\/h3>\n<p>Het Duitse Mundus Vini is een van de grootste Europese competities voor kwaliteitswijnen.
