De Lunaria Civitas Pecorino is een mooie witte wijn met een rijke smaak! De wijn is gemaakt van \u00e9\u00e9n van onze favoriete druivensoorten: pecorino. Deze druif geeft heerlijk frisse en droge wijnen met veel smaak en een mineralig accent! Oftewel: een smaak-bommetje. In de geur zit veel fruit, zoals appel, peer en perzik.<\/p>\n

Een 8 van Hamersma voor de Lunaria Civitas Pecorino bio<\/strong><\/h2>\n

De Grote Hamersma: “een Pecorino vol beschaafde en weldadige droogheid. Wittig en pittig. Citrusrijk, groene appel en verkwikkende bittertjes.”<\/p>\n

Lunaria Civitas Pecorino heeft het Demeter-keurmerk en is biodynamisch geproduceerd. De vinificatie was zonder toegevoegde gisten op rvs. Maar niks geitenwollen-sokken-achtigs aan deze wijn. Fris, fruitig, droog en mooi in balans. De wijn is gemaakt van 85% Pecorino<\/a> en aangevuld met Malvasia<\/a> and Trebbiano<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Over het wijnhuis Cantina Orsogna – Lunaria<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Cantina Orsogna is een co\u00f6peratie met ruim 600 partners in de wijnregio Abruzzen.\u00a0Binnen de co\u00f6peratie\u00a0heeft Lunaria een eigen karakter. Ze maken mooie zuivere wijnen met elk een eigen verhaal. De wijnen komen uit het gebied dat 15 km van de Adriatische kust ligt vlak bij de 2e hoogste berg in de Apenijnen de Majella. De wijngaarden liggen gemiddeld tussen de 300 en 450 meter hoogte.<\/p>\n

Bij Lunaria<\/a> worden alle druiven uitsluitend op biodynamische wijze verbouwd en heeft elk etiket een\u00a0 dier. Lunaria neemt duurzaamheid en biodynamisch zeer serieus. Het Demeter keurmerk\u00a0laat zien dat de wijnen op dit vlak aan hoge eisen voldoen.<\/p>\n

Wijn van dit glas kun je zorgeloos genieten zonder maaltijd, maar een sappig (barbecue)biefstukje met rijke saus zou hem niet misstaan. Net als een rijke plank met gedroogde worst, dito ham en andersoortig Italiaans voorspel trouwens…<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
