Secco e Morbido.<\/h3>\n<div class=\"DescriptionBlock_cc-desc-item__E8eNd\">De Savian Prosecco is een biologisch gecertificeerde wijn die voor 100% uit de lokale Glera-druif (de offici\u00eble naam van de prosecco-druif) bestaat. Deze mousserende wijn, gemaakt volgens de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iltramonto.eu\/charmat-champagne-bubbelwijn-il-tramonto-winerating\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Charmat<\/a> methode, is het resultaat van een fermentatie zonder de schillen van de druif. Het is fijne droge bubbel geschikt voor op elk moment van de dag&#8230;. Er is altijd wel wat te vieren tenslotte! Hij heeft een geel groen kleurtje. Fruitig in de neus met voornamelijk wat groene appel, peer en weidebloemen. Goede structuur en een fijne mousse. De afdronk is prettig en zorgt voor een aangenaam mondgevoel. Heerlijk verfrissend maar zeker niet te hoog in het zuur.<\/div>\n<div>Extra dry klinkt als superdroog maar is altijd nog minder droog dan de Brut versie. Die gaat nog iets verder! Droog fruitig dus zullen we maar zeggen !<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"DescriptionBlock_cc-desc-item__E8eNd\">De Savian Prosecco is ideaal als aperitief en kan gedurende de gehele maaltijd gedronken worden. Gaat goed samen met risotto en allerlei anti pasti. Perfect met desserts zoals jam-taarten, appelgebak en str\u00fcdels.<\/div>\n<h3>Spumante of Frizzante? De Italianen drinken Spumante!<\/h3>\n<div>Misschien even voor de duidelijkheid maar altijd even handig om te weten. Wat is nou het verschil tussen een Spumante en Frizzante? Spumante is het paradepaardje onder de prosecco&#8217;s! Frizante is een eenvoudige tafelwijn, met minder druk op de fles, dus minder bubbels in het glas en een wat lager alcoholpercentage.<\/div>\n<div>\n<section class=\"content\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-12 col-lg-8\">\n<div class=\"text\">\n<p>A\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">prosecco<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">frizzante<\/span>\u00a0ondergaat een tweede vergisting van minder dan \u00e9\u00e9n maand. Omdat de gist en de suiker maar een korte tijd hebben om met elkaar te reageren, ontstaat er minder CO2 dan bij een\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">prosecco<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">spumante<\/span>. Hierdoor is de koolzuurdruk op de fles bij een <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">prosecco<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">frizzante<\/span>\u00a0minder dan\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\">3<\/span>\u00a0bar en zijn er dus minder bubbels aanwezig in de fles. Omdat een\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">prosecco<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">frizzante<\/span> minder druk heeft valt deze in een andere accijnscategorie (waarom weet bijna niemand&#8230;.) is deze dus wat goedkoper dan een <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">prosecco<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">spumante<\/span>\u00a0or a\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">champagne<\/span>. Dit is dan ook de reden dat <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">frizzante<\/span> in Nederland vrij populair is terwijl de Italianen zelf bijna alleen maar <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">spumante<\/span> drinken omdat de kwaliteit nu eenmaal beter is.
