De Baglio del Cristo di Campobello Sicilia DOC Lu Patri komt van de wijngaard Baglio del Cristo di Campobello. Het Aureool van Christus&#8230; Men tracht hier de essentie uit het terroir te halen. Er wordt veel aandacht aan de wijngaard gegeven en vervolgens naar het werk in de kelder. Er wordt tevens hier met veel respect voor de omgeving gewerkt. De wijn heeft een diep purperen kleur met in de geur aroma&#8217;s van bramen, zure kers, marsepein, mediterrane kruiden en balsamico. Rond en zacht met hele rijpe tannines en een lichte dropsmaak in de afdronk. Het is een haast meditatieve wijn voor speciale momenten. De Baglio del Cristo di Campobello Sicilia DOC Lu Patri heeft een sterke expressie en een grote persoonlijkheid. De wijn straalt en is als een vader die je welkom heet in je ouderlijk huis. Een wijn die zeer geschikt voor stoere gegrilde gerechten zoals gemarineerd en geroosterd lam of\u00a0 geit van de bbq die hij daarna serveert.\u00a0 Ook heerlijk bij een typisch Siciliaans gerecht zoals <a href=\"https:\/\/www.culy.nl\/recepten\/zonnig-groentengerecht-siciliaanse-caponata\/#:~:text=Caponata%20is%20een%20zoet%2Dzure,brushetta%2C%20witte%20vis%20of%20karbonade.\">Caponata.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Direct na de eerste oogst kwamen de eerste grote onderscheidingen en prijzen. Echter De Consument is natuurlijk allesbepalend! Hoe goed de wijn ook is&#8230;. Zoals Angelo van de wijngaard altijd zegt: &#8220;Onze beste beloning is de waardering van de klant, van diegenen die onze wijnen drinken en ze blijvend waarderen door ze daarna opnieuw te kopen. Dit is voor ons een erkenning en ons grootste succes&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h3>Erkenning<\/h3>\n<p>Zowel nationaal (Perswijn) als internationaal\u00a0 erkend men de wijnen van Baglio del Cristo di Campobello als de beste Nero d&#8217;Avola van Sicili\u00eb.\u00a0 Robert Parker&#8217;s wine Advocate gaf hem bijvoorbeeld een stevige\u00a0 93 punten.<\/p>\n<p>Dertig hectare wijngaard van Sicili\u00eb Agrigentina, een uniek organisme van tien micro-gebieden.<br \/>\nDiepe bodem, kalkachtig kalksteenmengsel van heuvelachtig terrein, tussen 230 en 270 meter boven zeeniveau en 8000 meter van de kust.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Een wijn waar je bij thuiskomt.
