The Halo of Christ\u2026 Here, the aim is to extract the essence from the terroir. Much attention is given to the vineyard and subsequently to the work in the cellar. Work is also carried out here with great respect for the environment. The wine has a deep purple color with aromas of blackberries, sour cherry, marzipan, Mediterranean herbs, and balsamic on the nose. Round and soft with very ripe tannins and a light licorice taste on the finish. It is an almost meditative wine for special moments. The Baglio del Cristo di Campobello Sicilia DOC Lu Patri has a strong expression and a great personality. The wine radiates and is like a father welcoming you into his childhood home. A wine that is very suitable for hearty grilled dishes such as marinated and roasted lamb or BBQ goat served afterwards. Also delicious with a typical Sicilian dish such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.culy.nl\/recepten\/zonnig-groentengerecht-siciliaanse-caponata\/#:~:text=Caponata%20is%20een%20zoet%2Dzure,brushetta%2C%20witte%20vis%20of%20karbonade.\">Caponata.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Immediately after the first harvest, the first major accolades and awards followed. For us, this is a recognition and our greatest success.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Recognition<\/h3>\n<p>Both nationally (Perswijn) and internationally, the wines of Baglio del Cristo di Campobello are recognized as the best Nero d\u2019Avola from Sicily.
