Een heerlijk fruitige wijn zowel in de geur, de smaak als in de afdronk van deze wijn. Je proeft een een mooie volle en uitgebalanceerde wijn. Typisch Pi\u00ebmonte. En dat voor deze prijs!<\/p>\n<p>Deze Patrizi Passo del Bricco Piemonte Rosso is een medium intense wijn met robijnrode kleur en met paarse tinten. In de neus een vol en aanhoudend bouquet, met geuren van rood fruit (kers, pruim) en viooltjes. In de geur ruik je de frisse energie en leven van de wijn. Zachte en aangename tannines die de wijn net even meer diepte geven. Medium body, een heerlijk mondgevoel, uitstekende balans en ja&#8230;. gewoon erg lekker!<\/p>\n<h2>Patrizi: technologie en traditie gaan hand in hand<\/h2>\n<p>Patrizi heeft een lange en roemrijk verleden en wordt geproduceerd van alleen typische rode druiven uit\u00a0de Pi\u00ebmonte (40%\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/kenmerk\/druif\/nebbiolo\/\">Nebbiolo<\/a>, 20%\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/kenmerk\/druif\/barbera\/\">Barbera<\/a>\u00a0and 40%\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/kenmerk\/druif\/dolcetto\/\">Dolcetto<\/a>). De wijn heeft 8 maanden in barriques\u00a0gerijpt. Het wijnhuis Patrizi ligt op de top van een heuvel in Langhe,\u00a0Pi\u00ebmonte. De leiding van het wijnhuis ligt bij de familie Manfredi. Dit zijn de vader \u2018Pin\u2019 en zijn zoons Luigi en Freddo. Het behoort in Piemonte tot de moderne stroming wijnhuizen en er wordt gebruik gemaakt van een combinatie van technologie en traditie. Ze gebruiken de meest moderne apparatuur voor\u00a0de vinificatie, samen met traditioneel eikenhouten vaten en barriques voor rijping.<\/p>\n<h3>Patrizi Passo del Bricco bij het eten<\/h3>\n<p>Deze wijn gaat heel goed samen met verschillende gerechten. Probeer de wijn eens bijvoorbeeld met Melanzane Parmiggiane of met Saltimbocca.
