Sedosa. Als zijde zo zacht….<\/h2>\n

Dat is ook logisch want Sedosa kun je ook vertalen als zijde. De Sedosa Tinto is een heerlijk zacht glas wijn met een felle dieprode kleur en paarse reflecties. De blend van Syrah en Tempranillo heeft een medium body, soepel\u00a0 met zuivere aroma\u2019s van bosbessen, aardbeien, zwarte kersen, chocola en tabak. De afdronk is lang en heerlijk rond. De structuur is heerlijke Het is een veelzijdige wijn die goed combineert met gerechten als een pata negra karbonaadje van de grill, chorizoworst maar ook prima voor bij de paella pan. Ach, de Sedosa Tinto ook heerlijk bij de borrel met een bordje iberico ham.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

Sedosa is een serie wijnen van\u00a0 Hammeken Cellar uit Castilla la Mancha. Castilla-La Mancha is een grote regio die ten zuiden en ten oosten van de Spaanse hoofdstad Madrid ligt. Goed geprijsde tafelwijnen maken ze hier van verschillende druivensoorten. Er verschijnen steeds meer wijnen van topkwaliteit. Meer dan de helft van de Spaanse druiven is hier verbouwd. Traditioneel werden alleen druivenrassen geplant die hete, droge omstandigheden kunnen verdragen. De witte druivensoort Airen staat bovenaan de lijst en is nog steeds de meest aangeplante druif in Castilla-La Mancha (en inderdaad heel Spanje). Het is echter geen bijzonder gerespecteerde vari\u00ebteit, dus veel telers hebben hun portfolio uitgebreid.Rode druiven domineren de rest van de line-up. Deze omvatten Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Garnacha, Alicante Bouschet (hier bekend als Garnacha Tintorera), Monastrell, Syrah en Bobal. De meeste hiervan worden gebruikt voor rode melanges die geschikt zijn voor vatrijping, hoewel de productie van cepagewijnen toeneemt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Castilla La Mancha<\/h2>\n

Castilla-La Mancha is de thuisbasis van negen Denominaci\u00f3n de Origen-appellations, waaronder de grootste officieel afgebakende wijnzone van Europa, La Mancha. Het is ook gezegend met niet minder dan acht Vinos de Pago-landgoederen, waaronder de allereerste, Dominio de Valdepusa. ‘Harsh’ is de beste manier om de wijnbouwomstandigheden in de regio Castilla-La Mancha samen te vatten. Het klimaat heeft een sterke continentale invloed – aangetoond door duidelijke temperatuurvariaties, zowel van dag tot nacht als tussen seizoenen.
