De 100 Monta\u00f1as Albar\u00edn blanco VidAs is een witte volle wijn van de locale witte druif. Een monovarietal Albar\u00edn Blanco met elegante houtrijping, rijping op eikenfust sobre lias\/ sur lies. De druif <a href=\"https:\/\/www.degrotehamersma.nl\/druif\/albarin\/\">Albar\u00edn blanco\u00a0<\/a>is relatief vroeg rijp, ruikt heel aromatisch en smaakt bloemig en fruitig en heeft een behoorlijk hoge zuurgraad.\u00a0 Door de wijn op hun gist in fusten te laten rijpen maakt dit de wijn bijzonder zacht en volt . Zijn karakteristieke fruitigheid blijft behouden. De wijn wordt met de jaren in de fles rijper, ronder van smaak met wat meer aangename zuren. De VidAs-wijn lijn is uitsluitend gemaakt met geselecteerde druiven van de autochtone vari\u00ebteiten Albar\u00edn Blanco, Albar\u00edn Negro, Verdejo Negro en Carrasqu\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p>Heerlijk bij pure vis en schaaldier gerechten. Garnalenkroketjes, gefrituurde inktvisringen (calamares), langoustines, pasta frutti di mare, stevige witvis, tempura en ga zo maar door.<\/p>\n<p>De wijnen worden erkend als High Mountain Wines of Heroic Viticulture: een kwaliteitszegel dat het harde werk erkent dat gepaard gaat met het lokaliseren van de wijngaarden met hellingen van meer dan 30%. Vanwege deze omstandigheden is het werk in de wijngaard handmatig zonder de mogelijkheid van machinale bewerking. Slechts twee andere regio\u2019s in Spanje hebben dit onderscheid: Ribeira Sacra in Galici\u00eb en Priorat in Cataloni\u00eb.<\/p>\n<h3>Winemaking tradition<\/h3>\n<p>The winemaking tradition, present since the 10th century, was lost primarily due to the rise of mining in the region and because many people left the area to work elsewhere in Spain. However, many residents maintained the vineyards as a sort of vegetable garden, as they had been family property for years. Nevertheless, proper maintenance work was neglected, and the vineyards fell into severe disrepair. Bodagas VidAs is a newly established Asturian winery. VidAs is a family project that aims to contribute to the preservation and development of viticulture in the southwest of Asturias.<\/p>\n<p>VidAs-wijnen zijn uitsluitend gemaakt met geselecteerde druiven van de inheemse rassen Albar\u00edn Blanco, Albar\u00edn Negro, Verdejo Negro en Carrasqu\u00edn.
