Het instapmodelletje Girlan Classici Pinot Bianco komt van handgeplukt fruit. Dat is geteeld op de mineraalrijke heuvels van Cornaiano, op hoogtes vari\u00ebrend van 450 tot 500 meter boven zeeniveau. Het gebied waarin ze groeien is rijk aan mineralen, het resultaat van sedimentatie in de ijstijd. De Pinot Blanc levert stevige compacte druiven met kleine groenige bessen. Het is een pittige, vlezige, kaffir-limoen-, appel- en kruidengeur met heerlijke, pittige mineraliteit en een lekker bittertje in de afdronk.\u00a0 Het delicate aroma, met een licht appelbloesemaroma, en de levendige smaak maken Pinot Blanc\u00a0de ideale wijn voor het aperitief. Het past goed bij wit vlees en vis. Fantastisch voor witte asperges , warm of in een groene kruiden dressing. Super ook bij Gravad Lax !\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

De druiven zijn met de hand geplukt en in kleine bakjes gedaan om overdruk op de druiven te voorkomen. Zachte persing en klaring van de most door natuurlijke sedimentatie. Gisting in roestvrijstalen tanks bij een gecontroleerde temperatuur. Veroudering op de droesem in roestvrijstalen tanks. Op dit niveau vindt eenvoudig fermentatie plaats, waarbij toch 10% door malo gaat om wat vlees toe te voegen aan de pittige, alpenbotten van de wijn.<\/p>\n

Girlan heerst in de bergen<\/h3>\n

Girlan is een van de mooiste \u2018telerscollectieven\u2019 in de spectaculaire Alto Adige van Noord-Itali\u00eb. Op een steenworp afstand van de Oostenrijkse en Zwitserse grens en omringd door die vreemde zaagtandige Dolomieten, welke voorbeeldige witte en rode wijnen produceren. Ze hebben hun telers bovendien lang aangemoedigd om zich te concentreren op die vari\u00ebteiten die het beste passen bij hun bodem, aspecten en hoogten. Ze hebben dan ook de weg gebaand in single \u2018gemeente\u2019 \u2013en single wijngaardwijnen. Girlan was ook een van de eerste collectieven in Alto Adige die haar telers betaalde op basis van de kwaliteit van hun fruit en strikte controles op de opbrengsten toepast. Kortom, Het is belangrijk om de centrale rol te begrijpen die de collectieve wijnbouw in Alto Adige heeft gespeeld. Om een \u200b\u200bgroot aantal redenen, waaronder: geografische isolatie, bergachtige topografie en kleine gemiddelde bedrijven, hebben lokale telers zich in het verleden verenigd om co\u00f6peraties te vormen.<\/p>\n
