Het wijnbedrijf Vesevo ontleent zijn oude naam van de vulkaan Vesuvius. De Vesuvius is immers in vele opzichten bepalend voor de wijnbouw. Al is het alleen maar door de vulkanische bodem die de wijn veel spanning, mineraliteit en fra\u00eecheur geeft. Tevens krijgt het hierdoor een lekker rafelrandje. De wijnen uit dit gebied moeten minimaal 3 jaar staan, waarvan 1 jaar houtrijping. Deze wijn heeft in het bijzonder 16 maanden houtrijping gehad.<\/p>\n<p>De kleur van deze wijn is dieprood met paarse reflecties. In de mond is deze wijn complex en intens, met ongelooflijk krachtig rood fruit en heldere tonen van kruiden en vanille. De tannines zijn stevig en bovendien erg zacht. De afdronk is\u00a0schoon en droog. De Taurasi Aglianico Beneventano Vesevo kan qua stevigheid zich meten met een Barolo uit het noorden.<\/p>\n<h3>Taurasi Aglianico Beneventano Vesevo bij het eten<\/h3>\n<p>Genieten met robuuste
