Het is er ook!<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>De wijnen uit de streek Rioja zijn toch meestal bekend \u00e9n beroemd vanwege hun houtgebruik. Denk maar aan zachte Reserva en Gran Reserva&#8217;s. Ook hun witte Tres Vi\u00f1as bijvoorbeeld is heerlijk houtgedreven echter toch wel een wijn waar je wat bij moet eten. Gelukkig is er\u00a0 gewoon voor de borrel of lekker bij wat lichtere gerechten ook hun fris-witte Baron de Ley Rioja Blanco. Lichtgeel met een groene glinstering. Hij is vol met rijp citrusfruit en abrikoos met een goede intensiteit. Daarnaast heeft de Baron de Ley Rioja Blanco ook kruiden, waaronder dille en koriander zijn duidelijk waarneembaar. Verfrissend en helder met een mooie balans tussen romigheid en zuren. Heerlijk bij <a href=\"https:\/\/miljuschka.nl\/de-perfecte-caesar-salade\/\">een Caesar salade<\/a> bijvoorbeeld of gewoon bij een ouderwetse garnalen cocktail. en ach ja, hoe kunnen we het vergeten&#8230; tapas natuurlijk! &#8220;Muy bien&#8221; allemaal. En ook niet onbelangrijk&#8230;een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit!<\/p>\n<p>De Viura druif voor de Bar\u00f3n de Ley Blanco die men hiervoor gebruikt heeft komt van 65 jaar oude stokken.\u00a0 Dit uit een speciaal perceel in de Najerilla Vallei in Rioja Alta. Deze zorgt juist voor die romigheid in de wijn. De Garnacha komt uit Finca Los Almendros vlakbij het Bar\u00f3n de Ley hoofdkwartier in Rioja Oriental, en de Tempranillo blanco, een spontane mutatie van de blauwe tempranillo, groeit in Finca Carbonera.<\/p>\n<div class=\"statement h-100 text-left\">\n<h3>Baron de Ley<\/h3>\n<p>Bar\u00f3n de Ley is een van die Rioja-wijnhuizen waarvan de eerste wijnen werden geboren met een echte roeping voor de toekomst. Er is waarschijnlijk nog nooit een wijnmakerij geweest in het gebied van La Rioja van het Navarra-gebied dat zo controversieel is geweest als Bar\u00f3n de Ley, waar het moderne karakter van zijn wijnen de boel daar eens lekker opschudde. Bar\u00f3n de Ley,\u00a0 een wijnmakerij met een kastelenfilosofie, met eigen wijngaarden en een beperkte productie, gebaseerd op op het concept van het maken van single-vineyard wijnen, modern, in de Bordeaux-stijl maar met Rioja-klasse.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fris en sappig wit uit de Rioja!
